Who knows how to do this? I'd like to learn how step-by-step if possible. :)

Graph the numbers on a number line. Then write two inequalities that compare the two numbers.

1.6 and -3

2.-4 and 9

1.6 is greater than -3

-4 is less than 9

1.6>-3
-4<9
