thats a little tricky but you have to group by pairs.
you can get it to
(ex-1)(ln(x)-1)=0
so it is 0 when ex=1 i.e x=0 and when ln(x)=1 i.e x=e however x=0 cannot be a solution as ln(0) is undefined so the answer is x=e
