it is either a 9 or a 1

eleven goes in to 120 ten times with a remainder of 9. when you divide 9 by 11 you get .9090... so i guess the tenth digit is a zero

9 or a 0. The trick is figuring out what it starts with and just counting until you get to 10. Since 120/11 is very close to eleven I'm going to say it's 10.9090 repeating
