For a and b, no punctuation is needed. For c, that should be a comma. d is the only one left as the right answer. Also, colons ALWAYS have a space after them only, so your sentences formatted properly are as follows:
a. I want to know: what he did that day.
b. Please bring: your book.
c. He said: that we should not miss class.
d. This is my morning: shower ,dress, eat ,and run for the bus.
