Explain how fossil evidence shows the origin of the earliest humans and their migration across the globe?
The earliest proto-human hominid fossils were found in Ethiopia, which is the likely point of origin for the development of our early ancestors. Africa served as a kind of evolutionary incubator for proto-human ancestors, and many different kinds spread outward, as evidenced by proto-human fossils in the middle east and china. Humans eventually evolved in Africa and followed the path outward, spreading through their success via tool-use. Often it's indirect evidence that demonstrates where humanity was...more advanced tools being used as a kind of earmark for the presence of humanity. Later, after "the great leap forward" other reference points could be used, like art and semi-permanent settlements. As for the exact path that humanity took, the whole time line in science is pretty speculative...
