She needs to start at 6:20. Here is how I got the answer: 30 min to prepare + 15 min (1/4 hour) to cool + 20 min to cook at 425 + 20 min tocook at 375. This gives you a total time needed of 55 min. Going back 55 min from 7:15 you get 6:20.

My error--it should be 5:50. I added the minutes incorrectly--it should be a total of 85 minutes
