I got x=4^3/2 BUT i don't remmebr how to deal with the exponent as a fraction - a refresher please?

Ok, sorry I was off in lala land. But when you have something raised to a fraction the denominator is the root and the numerator is the exponent. \[x=\sqrt{4^3}\]
