for what values of x is the square root of 3-x a real number?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

<=3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Any value that is more than zero inside the square root

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x has to be more than 3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you !

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x has to be LESS than three ... right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait which one is it ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im saying x needs to be <=3 because if it was >3 then u would have a negative number inside the square root, which cannot be dealt with until u know complex numbers

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah you're right! haha thank you so much!
