How do I cite an online book review?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

MLA style: Last name of person who wrote the review then the first name of "Title of review in parenthesis or underline it, type Rev. of "Book title," by Author's name; first name then last. Publication date. Medium (book, newspaper.) Example: (Last name)(First) (Review title) (Rev. of) (Book title and a comma) (Author's name) Maddison, George "Best Book Ever!" Rev. of "Over The Hills," by Sherry McFinnegan. - 2009. Print. (Publication date) (Medium; such as book, newspaper, website) Couple of things I want to point out. First, "Rev. of" means "Review of." Second, notice that after the book title "Over the Hills" there is a comma, followed by the work "by" and then the author's name; first name first, last name last. Finally, beginning at "2009" needs to be indented. Note: The first line of every citation isn't indented. Every other line following the first line should be indented-- this is a frequent mistake everyone makes.
