when rounding for ex 4.563 to nearest t=hundredths if the number is lower in the right do we just keep it same?

When the last value after the point at which you're rounding is < 5, you round down. In this case, rounding down to the nearest 100th will = 4.56

If it were 4.5650001, it would round up to 4.57
