It is BRIGHT red and there is quite a bit of it. It's in every one of my stools. It is so much it will make the toilet water bright red. It's like it pours out. I don't think it does, but that's just what it seems like. It also hurts REALLY bad to have a bowel movement. I'm not constipated it just hurts. I am 15. Should I be concerned or just let it go?

Tell your parents and go to the doctors, don't panic or anything but definitely do something about it.

You should go see a doctor and get it checked out.  What you describe could be an anal fissure or hemorrhoids.
