Witha pass/fail grade system the line between passing and failing for a student who is not good in school would be a very hard system to achieve a grade should be tailored to each ondividual student

One reason is because someone who is not great at writting essays, will get a passing grade without knowing what to improve on. Grades should reflect your individual knowledge in an area.
