What is the value of 1*1! + 2*2! + 3!*3! + ............ n*n! ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's massive.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that is \[\sum_{1}^{n} a!*a!\] right? im not sure if there is a simplification

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no u r wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how could be this possible?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Should they all be n!*n!, or is the 3!*3! a typo?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If it's a typo, I guess it would be: \[\sum_1^n n^2(n-1)!\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it is 3*3! not 3!*3!
