I used to write diary everyday till last year. But this year my schedule has bcum too tight that I hardly find time to scribble down. I wish to keep my gud memories 4ever. How can I build in that continuity in my diary even if I write twice a week or so ?
how about you set just 5mins aside right before you go to bed. Just try to write at least half a page about the day/thoughts/lists/whatever. Do this everyday - it's better to do something for 5mins everyday, then set aside a whole 3hrs to explain everything after 2 weeks.
*Therapy* Get out the day good, bad and ugly onto Paper no matter how crap your writing and KEEP ON WRITING, feeling awful etc, then keep on writing, get it out ( We all have problems). Put bloody fantastic, amazing, mind-blowing stuff onto paper. Just get it out you!
I know the crappy writing feeling and wondering how to articulate what is really going on inside so I am speaking from experience.
Aim to be disciplined and regular but be sensitive to self.
I think you need to get old self back, do new things and make that one of your new things. That will help you get old self back.
ok, i totally have the same problem to. Sometimes i just take my diary with me and when somthing epic happens write it down then, so you wont have to worry about it later... try whats best for you! best of luck! :)
