how do we apply Supermesh equation is a circuit ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if there are more thn 2 sources then we use superposition theram. e.g. if two sources present like one is voltage and another is current source then first consider voltage source. so current source cosider as open ckt bcoz current soure hving infinite resistance. then use voltage source and get Vo/p1 for voltage source. thn apply current source during which voltage source can be short ckt coz its resistance is minor. for more refrence u cn refer 'ravish singhs' book. good luck..................................

Supermesh is applied when you have a current source(Ideal) between 2 adjacent meshes.Write down the constraint equation which establishes the relation between the currents of the 2 meshes that have that current source in common.
