Actually it comes with an IDE(integrated development environment), Some of them are eclipse, netbeans, visual C++express edition

You don't specify what platform you want to compile on.  In addition, there may be many different brands of compiler for your platform.  For Windows MS Visual Studio, for Linux gcc (C++ is g++ I think).
