mean is adding them up and dividing by how many there are ... its alot of work.

median is when you sort the numbers high to low and pick the one in the middle, or in the middle of the 2 middles

mode is just the number or numbers used most often

for median, since there is 12, you take the middle numbers and find the value that is between them
