I ran some analytics on Bloomberg, and found following based on Ghana Country RFR of 15% (their policy rates at 12.5%, and available rates for 5-year is 15%), Bloomberg field using underlying security of Total Ghana (Total's Risk Premium is 1.29 and Applied Beta is 0.14), hence Ghana's Country Risk Premium is 9.2%
