in 1990 the life expectancy of males in a certain country was 65.2 years.in 1995 it was 68.8 years.let e represent the life expectancy in year t and let t represent the number of years since 1990

there is an increase of 3.5 years in 5 years so increase in 1 year = 0.7 year so life expectancy in year t = 65.2 + 0.7(t)
so would i use that 0.7t to times it by 16 to find out life expectancy?
