PLEASE TELL ME THIS: What is a Captcha??

It is an image generated randomly by a website (usually) that shows characters which the user must enter into a box. You see this when sending messages on ebay, facebook, etc. It is a way of authenticating the user as a real person and not a bot, it is very difficult, if not impossible, for a computer to read the characters in the Captcha.

It just means you typed the sequence of characters incorrectly. This is easy to do because most captchas are hard to read. There is almost always an option to refresh the captcha for a new one that may be easier to read. There should also be an option for vision impaired people where the website will actaully speak the characters. Most captchas are case sensitive (upper case letters must be typed upper case, and same for lower case. Also be sure to include a spce between the words if your captcha has more than one word.
