Is there any type of specific strategies for Gold, Oil future in intraday trading? Or we need to guess based on price movements. Like- if we want to close our positions with in (say) 1-2 minute and earn profits.

Buy low, sell high. Sounds like what you want to do is a great recipe to loose a lot of money.
What you are describing most closely resembles arbitrage trading based upon the time period. If I were you I would look into that but just be aware that most arbitrage opportunities close within a few minutes if not seconds and you will be competing with pros who do it everyday. If you dont want to go the arbitrage route I suspect that you will end up just losing a great deal of money. There is a reason very few people day trade.
