I got 203 for an answer.  August 18th is the 230th day of the year and March 9th is the 68th day of the year.  I subtracted 230 for the day in August from 365 days in the year.  This gave me 135 which I added to the 68 days for March 9th.  This gave me 203.  I probably did this wrong, but I wanted to throw in my 2 cents.

you are correct out of the homework answers and doing the work myself there is no 204 there is a 203
