what does 1 centigram equal?

Okay, so here's the dealio. With SI units you can use the prefixes and they mean the same thing. So 1centimeter = 10 meters, 1centigram = 10 grams and 1centibanana = 10 banana's (sorry for being silly, I swear it sounds funny in my head! :P)

So here is the conversion chart for all of the prefix's

No, no. The conversion chart is right, but the explanation is wrong. It should read: "So 1centimeter = 0.01 meters, 1centigram = 0.01 grams and 1centibanana = 0.01 bananas"

Just to be clear, 1 centigram is 1/100 of a g or .01 g as everyone agrees.
