Hey guys i having problems with this can u help me please.. Civil Service tests is a? A) allowed the friends and family of those ruling to get the government jobs. B) allowed only those qualified to get the government jobs. C) allowed anyone who applied to get the government jobs. D) eliminated government jobs.

I believe it is B. I saw this because if I am thinking of the correct test then it stopped the spoils system. Basically it was you get me elected I help u get a good job. This stopped that.
