OpenStudy (fools101):

Okay i have one more can u please help me!! Plz Which of the following is NOT a building block of geometry? A) point B) segment C) plane D) line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a point, That is the most fundamental make up of any shape of graph etc , cant go below that

OpenStudy (fools101):

No that all it says it confusing i really don't understand it...

OpenStudy (fools101):

won't it be Line ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, it would be plane. That's the most complex item on the list.

OpenStudy (jamesj):

For the record, this is a silly question. No working mathematician really thinks of geometry this way. But I would guess that the thing that is "least fundamental" here, is a segment, because that is a portion of a line. So the "fundamental things" you have here, the "building blocks", are points, lines and planes

OpenStudy (fools101):

While this Silly Question it part of my grade hahaha i don't know i think my teacher wrote it wrong...

OpenStudy (fools101):

so i picked C.. i got it wrong it was B? but thanks for trying to help me on this "silly" question...

OpenStudy (jamesj):

Yes, I'd bet a nickel on it that B is the answer.

OpenStudy (fools101):

hahahaha while ya after the fact ...

OpenStudy (fools101):

i know now.. thanks.
