If this sentence was said by someone and you're using it in an essay or research paper, you should cite it. I don't know where you got this sentence from and it's not in parenthesis, so I cant really tell you if you need to cite it. Maybe if you can post the source of this sentence (i.e. essay, biography, story as well as the author)?

There is no need to site this sentence.  You got this informatiion from inside your own head.  This information cannot be found in any print form.  So there is nothing to site.  Also, it doesn't sound like a quote, so it is fine as-is.
