Converse: q -> p

For the converse, you pretty much just swap if and then statements.

1) If a figure has five sides, then the figure is a pentagon. TRUE
2) If a quadrilateral is a rectangle, then the quadrilateral is a square. FALSE
3) If two angles are complementary, then the sum of two angles is 90°. TRUE

I don't know what other values you have in your truth tables, but I have given answers to the statements.
