can some body help me??

since you have an integer and a mixed number you can simply perform the subtraction\[-3-8-\frac{4}{5}=-11-\frac{4}{5}=-11\frac{4}{5}\]as a mixed number; if you want an improper fraction, just multiply -11*5 and then subtract 4\[-11\frac{4}{5}=\frac{-11*5-4}{5}=\frac{-59}{5}\]
