No, there is no such site, or even if there is, you shouldn't use it.  Just plug it through slowly and patiently, collecting like terms of x^4, x^3 etc. as you go.

Or perhaps someone here would like to write out the first couple of steps for you.

um it just asks to simplify it as much as you can

If I was doing this myself, the first thng I would do is cancel from numerator and denominator a term x^2 + 1

Then I would expand out the numerator ....
