Is there anyway I can factor (x^2 + xy)^3

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

I want to make it something(x+y)^3 please

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it is already factored

OpenStudy (amistre64):

(x^2 + xy)^3 (x(x +y)^3 x^3 (x +y)^3 maybe

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh i see you can write the inside piece as \[x(x+y)\] so you have \[(x(x+y))^3=x^3(x+y)^3\]

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

amistre64 that's what I was thinking too, but I wasn't sure if I was right...thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):
