Well, first tip, don't be redundant. Say what you mean in as few words as possible. "Brevity is the surest sign of rigor" - the fewer words you use to say what you mean, the more likely you've put thought into what you're saying. This comes through in writing.

Take, for instance, your request for help: "hey can any one help me with my writing because my writing really sucks...please help me."

This could be rewritten with the same effect with far fewer words and a little thought: "Please help me - my writing sucks."

Now, you intended to put emphasis in your plea for help so you fell into the trap of repeating yourself. Real emphasis comes from what you say, not how many times you repeat it.

Now, if you offer more information, such as an better example of your writing, you'd likely get much more comprehensive help.

just hold the pen properly in your and firstly write on a paper hardly and after some days slowly.
