The equation you're looking for, I think, is this one.\[I=I_0e^{-t/RC}\] Sub the values in:\[I=1e^{-0.0001 \div (10 \times 10 \times 10 ^{-6})}\] \[I = e^{-1}\] \[I_{t=0.0001}\approx 0.3679 A\]
