I WANT TO LEARN THOSE LANGUAGE BY WHICH I CAN MAKE SOFTWARES AND AMAZING THINGS

Go for C#. Once you can program in once language, you can program in almost anything, guaranteed. With C#, you can build softwares, webapps, Machine learning algos and other AI Algos and much more. Apart from that, if you want to do some system level hardcore programming, C++ is a better choice to begin with.

HMM IS THERE ANY DIFFERNECCE IN C++ AND C #

Python is a very good language to start with. There are lots of good resources, many of them free, and it can be readily self-taught. Give it a look in.

If you are teaching yourself, definitely Python. I learned programming through a university, so I started with Java which made learning other languages soooo much easier.

This course is called "a gentle introduction to programming". It was designed to be a fast-paced 4-week class, but no one said you have to go at that pace. http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-189-a-gentle-introduction-to-programming-using-python-january-iap-2011/ I haven't actually gone through the course, but it sounds like just what you need.

Yes, there are differences between C++ and C#.
