I'm writing a paper that is based on a personal interview of a professional. Should it be written in a question/answer format, or as quotes inserted in paper?

OpenStudy (fools101):

i think it should be a question so you have your reads think about that person and they would have question of their own. Keep your reads wounding about your paper. I hope this helps a little! ^ ^

I think the question and answer format is easier to read, and will keep the reader's attention longer.

question format!

OpenStudy (carlsmith):

It depends on what you're writing it for. If you wish to inform the reader of what exactly what took place during the exchange, then a Q&A approach would probably be best. If you want to offer your opinion on what took place or provide extra details about other factors relevant to the reader, then go with straight prose and quotes. What is your reader's objective?
