Why is it that when you mix salt and water together, "It will still be salty and wet?"

OpenStudy (amistre64):

depends on how much of each quantity you mix i spose

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the same amount

OpenStudy (amistre64):

eww.. that sounds more mushy then salty and wet

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont know it was a question on my homework. maybe more salt then water. but still salt & water

OpenStudy (amistre64):

it might be suggesting that salty and wet are not quantifiable terms but qualitative in nature

OpenStudy (amistre64):

science can quantify; its hard to measure an objects innate quality tho

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think its becuz t hey are both homo generous or w.e

OpenStudy (amistre64):

... could be that too :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha yes (:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i would have said a "solution" but not 100% on how the question was asked
