a) I don't think you should be running a survey here.

b) Even if you did, the results will be essentially meaningless because you have told us what result you want.

c) You haven't told us in the survey what you mean by coaching, so I don't know how we should answer.

d) The survey questions contain English errors and so on their face are sometimes non-sensical.
