Fun Fact #43: Its a rock! No it's a pebble, no its a... Plant! What do you get when you cross a dry rocky area with super camouflage abilities? You get a Argyroderma, a plant that looks exactly like a little rock that lives in South Africa. They are funny little succulent things that live in clumps so they look even more like stones! These obscure plants also hide something else, very pretty flowers, have a look at some of the pictures.

Succulents sure do grow in some tropical areas :) Or do you want to know if you can grow a succulent in a tropical area? Most people would just keep one in a rocky pot (and out of the rain!).
