I need some good argumentative points against testing on animals for the sake of human medicine and others stuff essential for humans

OpenStudy (anonymous):

incluing some counter arguments make up the points that the opposition will use so i can counter them

OpenStudy (carlsmith):

If you don't have any good arguments yet, may I ask, why would you commit to opposing something? You appear to have decided on the conclusion before you've considered the problem. And who are "the opposition"? Is this something your school are making you do?

You could check a site like the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

What you could do is find one commercial for a cosmetic or something then research into how they made it "the most revolutionary". Watch out for who did the research because most likely it will be from a biest party such as scientist payed by the cosmetic company to "research their product" on animals, and you can point that out. The research might say "No animals were harmed" but depending on the company that might just be made up.

OpenStudy (carlsmith):

I don't think the Society for the Protection of Cruelty to Animals opposes "testing on animals for the sake of human medicine and others stuff essential for humans". Cosmetics are not relevant to the question being posed either. There are no sound arguments, all arguments against the practice are subjective. You can not prove a thing to be immoral scientifically.
