Calc 3 can someone explain this answer to me? It's about parametric equations for tangent line

I don't understand how they found out t=1 corresponds to (1,1,1)

set each coordinate of r(t) to 1 and solve for t in each of the three coordinates. For example, the x-coordinate is sqrt(t) = 1, so t = 1^2 = 1. Similarly for y and z coordinate.Nothing really to do for y since there is no t.
