Eukaryotic cells have organelles and usually for to make an organism like a horse, prokaryotic cells are very simple and usually compose one bacteria cell i.e e. Coli

prokaryotic: think bacteria and very simple; no true nucleus, no membrane bound organelles Eukaryotic: think complex like humans or other mammals; true nuclues (hence the eu- in the name), membrane bound organelles and a plasma membrane
