So...um right now I'm not sure about how to draw shapes like regular polygons, concave octagons and so on. I'm not very familiar w/the terminology for the...um...sides. Could you help me? :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

O___O ello?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there are two types of concave and convex octagons , they are regular and irregular ones

OpenStudy (anonymous):

visit this page and you'll get an idea of it http://etc.usf.edu/clipart/galleries/math/geometry_8_sides.php

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Every where the divisions of Maths in Maths

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the diagram that mrbonez321 gave is a uniform concave octagon

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is that not a regular polygon then? What he posted? O_____O

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah o polygon is any shape that has more equal to or more than 4 sides

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i posted regular polygons first but you asked for a concave octagon, and i posted one... i didnt know it had to be regular.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

?! O__O No, I just didn't know what the 2nd one was. :) I was trying to figure it out so I guessed randomly. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it has 8 sides, its concave :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

xP Sweden xP

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So, a triangle can be a polygon too though? If the sides are all equilateral or something? O___O

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:D Ok, do you know how I'd be tutored via OS though, Sweden? :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

by asking questions? otherwise i would say skype or what not

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Skype is like ooVoo? O___O

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):
