OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hi, if you are doing an annotated bibliography, do you still call it "works cited," "references," etc. or do you call it "annotated bibliography" no matter what format you are using?

OpenStudy (luffingsails):

in APA format, it is still considered a reference.

OpenStudy (nebi):

If your work is going to be submitted to a teacher then I would call it an "annotated bibliography". Either way it still is going to be a list of references with a description of the source, so calling it a "cited reference" wouldn't be a serious problem.
