8x * 6> 9x * 2
How do I solve this?

8x * 6 = 48x
9x * 2 = 18x

48x > 18x

6x > 2x
3x > x

And this is certainly true.
Where did you get this from? Is it what you have arrived at?

This is from my classroom. And no I arrived at 0, but I think I multiplied wrong numbers first.

You can divide both sides by x to get 3 > 0 which doesn't help much, but it doesn't seem like you can solve for x.
