hen I click the "Unanswered Questions" tab near the question feed, it sometimes gives me answered questions. Not that that it is a serious issue, but it is sometimes irritating to click on a question that had already been answered.

A question isn't considered answered until someone has given one of the replies a medal (clicked `Good Answer' on it). Is that the case for the ones you're talking about?
