This is my last question I need help on. Can you Translate the following phrases into algebraic expressions. then can u tell me what the difference between the two. (1.) The difference of 3 times n and 2 (2.) 3 times the difference of n and 2

(1)3n-2 (2)3(n-2) difference= in (2) the final answer would be 3n-6
1. is 3n-2 2. is 3(n-2) In the second one the difference is what your tripling, in the first it's only the n that is tripled
3n-2 3(n-2)
