I need to know how to properly show an excerpt from a song lyric that I want to insert after the title of my paper but before the main content. I know there is a name for such a thing but I don't know it.

Yes it would be a quote. But you probably use a specific citation style (like APA), which has its own rules for htis. If not, then your format is fine (do add the year of release). Don't forget to mention the url and date retrieved in your reference list.
