well first you're going to want to get f out of the denominator, and you'll do that by multiply by 9(f-32) to both sides and you'll get c9(f-32) =5
then you can divide by 9c on both sides and then add 32 and then you get an equation that looks like f= ... now plug in 15 for c to solve you eq.
F=C*9/5+32
