http://www.cplusplus.com is also a good resource. Contains docs on C as well as C++.

1. Get the book "C Programming Language by Kernighan And Ritchie"
2. Learn the syntax of language.
3. Start with some day to day problems that you want to solve with help of programming
3.1. Search net whenever you get stuck during writing these programs or ask for troubleshooting here.

It's a Harvard class that teaches Scratch, C, perl, php, and HTML iirc. It looks awesome.
