Well, I honestly don't know the answer to this one because it assumes a lot of things. A) Fur Trade was primarily a french activity. B) Establishing stable governments MAY be correct, but it depends on whether or not the querent means "stable autonomous governments" or just "governorships". No to the former, Yes to the latter. C) Both the french and the spanish did convert native Americans. Probably the most right. D) Searching for Gold and precious metals was more of a spanish activity.
