X=2cos^3(theta) Y=4sin^3(theta how can I alter these to equations so that they are graph-able

OpenStudy (anonymous):

two*

OpenStudy (jamesj):

remember that cos^2 t + sin^2 t = 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y=2x?

OpenStudy (jamesj):

If y = 2x, then 4sin^3(theta) = 4cos^3(theta) and that would mean sin(theta) = cos(theta) and that is false.
